Check the following, then try pairing again in the app:
- Turn off Do Not Disturb mode, if it is switched on. (This may hide Bluetooth pairing system notifications)
- Check that Bluetooth is switched on.
- Check that the app has been granted Bluetooth permission.
If you are still having trouble, try:
- From Bluetooth Settings, remove any existing Earflo device pairings
- Put your device into Pairing mode, and try connecting directly from Bluetooth Settings
