Earflo may need to be charged (see the “Charging” section in the Instructions for Use). If the electronic base has been accidentally exposed to water, turn it upside down and gently shake to drain any liquid from the air outlet at the top. Allow the base to dry for at least 24 hours (drying time may vary) before turning it on again. If you need further assistance, contact help@earflocare.com.
