Earflo may need to be charged (see the “Charging” section in the Instructions for Use). Try turning the device on by holding the power button for 1 second. If it turns off again, put it into Deep Sleep mode by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the light flashes white 5 times, wait 15 seconds, then try turning it on again.
